Service Technician Levels
& Qualifications

Service Technicians are hired at different levels based on experience and location. We are currently hiring for these levels:

L-2 Service Technician

5+ years of mechanical experience in a related field (diesel, heavy equipment, aircraft, HVAC, etc.)

L-3+ Advanced Service Technician

5+ years as an air compressor service technician with certified training from Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver, Atlas Copco, Elliott, Kaeser, Kaishan, Quincy, Rogers, or Sullair.

Day to Day

What You'll Do

Hands-on industrial work across some of the most respected facilities in the region.

Troubleshoot & Repair

Diagnose and restore industrial compressor systems in the field.

Electrical Work

Service motor controls, starters, and electrical components safely.

Air Treatment

Maintain dryers, filters, and downstream air quality equipment.

Pumps & Motors

Inspect, rebuild, and align rotating equipment to spec.

Customer Relations

Be the trusted face of Cisco Air on every customer site.

Preventive Maintenance

Run scheduled PMs and document with precision.

  • Valid driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
